Maryna Lyadneva

psychologist, Master of Psychology, CBT counselor

I’m a psychologist and I work online. I hold a master’s degree in psychology, and I’ve spent sixteen years in the field — studying, working on myself and seeing clients. I speak six languages.

People usually come to me when everything looks fine from the outside, yet the joy has gone. Life feels as if it’s on pause. Thinking about the future is frightening. Rest brings anxiety instead of relief. Feelings have gone flat — not bad, not good, just nothing — or the same situations keep repeating with the same ending. My job is to help you feel alive again: to find your way back to joy, meaning and the sense that something good lies ahead.

My main method is cognitive behavioral therapy. Together we look at how your thoughts, feelings and actions connect, and change what gets in the way, step by step. Not “think positive”, but practical tools that stay with you after every session. Where it helps, I also use hypnotherapy — a state of deep calm in which it’s easier to hear yourself. I don’t rush and I don’t judge; we move at your pace.

I don’t work with psychiatric diagnoses, acute crises or addictions: those need a doctor, and I’ll tell you so directly. I’m based in Europe and not licensed in the United States, so for clients there our sessions are counseling, not medical care or a diagnosis.

There’s more about my approach on my website, lyadneva.com. If you’d like to talk, book a free 30-minute intro call: you tell me what’s going on, and I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.
